Stunt-Lee Daniels is playing the cleanup woman after last week’s video of Damon Dash pulling up on asking about his coin hit the net. Now Lee Daniels is responding to comments made by Mo’Nique and her husband that made news last week.

An audio recording of Mo’Nique, Sidney & Tyler Perry was released which brought up the conversation about Lee Daniels helping with the blackballing of Mo’Nique. You can hear Tyler Perry in the audio basically agreeing that she was treated unfairly. In an interview with “Raq Rants” Lee Daniels says the actress was “disrespectful” to Oprah, Tyler Perry and himself. “She was paid the money for the budget we had,” he said. “And for her to bad myself and Tyler, and Oprah is wrong. She’s wrong. She’s out of pocket.”

Lee Daniels wants us to know that the Damon Dash situation is completely different. Watch the full interview below. He starts to discuss Mo’Nique after 9-minute mark.

We hear you, Lee Daniels, trust me we see you.

Is Lee Daniels cleaning up his image or is out here tap dancing once again?

Our favorite Atlanta housewife, Porsha Williams, is expecting her first child after suffering from a miscarriage six years ago.

Williams told People Magazine,  that once she heard the news she was excited, yet fearful. Fearful because the reason she lost the first baby due to suffering from fibroids and having to have a myomectomy. The thirty-seven year old is leaning on her boyfriend, Dennis McKinley, for support.

Williams exclaims, “The thought of me getting that blessing after praying for it for so long and getting that blessing with someone who is just as excited as me — it’s Dennis’ first child, just like me — and it’s something we’ve both always wanted … It’s like a dream come true.” While the pregnancy is a surprise for the both of them, Williams says that it has brought them closer together and they’ve become a family overnight.

Hopefully we get to witness Williams’ pregnancy journey on the upcoming season of “The Real Housewives of Atlanta.”

We wish Porsha a successful pregnancy here at King of Reads.

Frank Ocean Clarifies Cease & Desist on Travis Scott “It Wasn’t about the Music it was about the LGBT Community”

Travis Scott’s “Astroworld” has caused its fair share of controversy, more-so the one-sided beef with Nicki Minaj. This past week the “Sicko Mode” rapper had to deal with a cease and desist letter from the hands of Frank Ocean. Rumors started swirling that the “Pyramids” singer didn’t like the effects that Scott added to his vocals on “Carousel.” Frank Ocean took to Tumblr to clear up the rumors and give his side of the situation. Ocean says,

“I think the song sounds cool, I did it in like 20 minutes and the mix sounds the way Travis wanted it to sound for his record. I also approved it before it came out so the cease and desist wasn’t about 🔊 it was about 🏳️‍🌈. Me and Travis resolved it amongst ourselves weeks ago. 💖”

The pride flag emoji symbolizes how transgender, Amanda Lepore, was removed from Scott’s album cover. Now that the issue was resolved between the two musicians, Scott posted his own response to the situation, via Instagram.

It’s great to see that the two settled their issues outside of the courtroom. Shoutout to Frank for fighting for LGBT rights and now standing down. Let’s hope the two will continue to make great music together.
